ways to rework subway platform advertisments
here we have 2 photos that i snapped while waiting for the train. this is a common type of ### here in the NYC area. the first photo is from an ad for a show called Royal Pains. i’m clueless as to what it is about, but that is a photo of the main character. someone cut his eyes out of the ad and replaced them with a pair of eyes from another ad. they added a goatee of sorts, what appears to be stitches, and possibly a side-burn. then they added their own flair. awww. smooch! the next picture came from an television ad for Tori Spelling and her husband, Dean something. they have a show about something. again. this is probably my favorite, because that is actually a combination of Dean and Tori’s faces. the nose and mouth are from Tori’s profile shot and the eyes are a combination of both of them. lets also bring attention to his forehead. i hope you enjoy this as much as i do

the giant yellow stuffed teddy bear has arrived in nyc
it’s here. Christie’s is set up the 20-ton bronze teddy bear seen above, on Park Avenue between 52nd and 53rd streets. it was created by New York-based artist Uri Fischer, and is getting auctioned off at the house next month. this is big, people. both is size and excitement.

gourmet corner
some might call me a fun fruit connoisseur and i don’t disagree. recently, my boyfriend jetted off to LA for the Kids Choice Awards, and he brought me back 1 small bag of SpongeBob Squarepants fun fruits. the bag contained 7 pieces. all of which were slowly devoured as to maximize the short amount of time i had with them (until they were ALLLLLLL in my belly). these were by far the best fun fruits i have ever had. a new fav. if you are a fan like me, well my friends, give these a try. im assuming they are located at your local supermarket.
